About Marc & Maxwell
Newly established in 2020, Marc & Maxwell have charactered our signature style after interrogating our infectious personalities. Education is always a priority for this team, who have acknowledged the importance of sharing the love over the years, where they have trained finalists and winners in the Australian Hairdresser Journal Awards.
Marc Armstrong
Establishing his career under a ‘sunny’ Manchester sky in the United Kingdom, Marc has over 20 years experience as a professional at the competitive ‘high end’ of the hairdressing industry.
Employed and trained by some of the UK’s best hairdressers and session stylists, Marc’s experience and expertise has been keenly sought. He has consulted on delivering the latest trends in hair fashion and beauty, representing Schwarzkopf, Indola, KMS and AHJ. Marc’s move to Sydney furthered his career and passion for hair, where he has been involved in AHJ shows and exhibitions around the globe, also having locally directed @mercedes-benz fashion week.
Marc sharpened his natural flair for cutting and styling with Sydney’s RAW Anthony Nader, as their Hair Director. In this role, he was able to explore the realms of editorial session styling and expand his thirst for learning. His creativity and reputable talent have also been officially recognised as a finalist for the AHJ Men’s Hairdresser and L’oreal stylist of the year awards.
Sabrina Maxwell
Sabrina has over a decade working in the hair and fashion Industry involved with media, fashion week and photographic shoots.
Founding her skills in Dublin, Ireland, she is forever pushing boundaries with her hard work and eye for perfection!
Sabrina moved to Australia, to enhance her skills here in Sydney’s leading trendsetting salons. Sabrina worked for Raw Anthony Nader where she excelled as an advanced Stylist.
Through Sabrina’s particular emphasis on consultation and understanding clients’ needs, she has established a reputation as one of Sydney’s leading colourists. This is combined with an obsession for cutting hair and exceptional blow-drying skills.
Her passion and experience in the field, paired with foundational training with Vidal Sassoon, has led her to the inevitable move of opening her own salon — Marc & Maxwell! Her versatility and hunger for hairdressing is clearly visible and in her own words “When you enjoy something so much it doesn’t feel like work!”
James Jordon
With over a decade of experience, James Jordon is known for crafting personalised hair journeys that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. His signature style blends creative colour, precision cutting, and voluminous blow dries, all delivered with a tailored touch.
James has also brought his talent to the runway, styling backstage at major fashion events for David Jones and Myer, adding a high-fashion edge to his salon work.
SAVANNA ROMANELLI
Savanna is the true essence of Marc & Maxwell. Starting from a 1st YR apprentice she has climbed the ranks and is now a full fledged stylist flying the M&M brand. She brings precision, intuition, and a calm confidence beyond her years. She listens deeply, consults thoughtfully, and delivers hair that feels effortless but considered — modern, polished, and undeniably you.

SAMANTHA
Marc & Maxwell are thrilled to introduce Samantha, our newest rising star. A love for hairdressing saw her develop early ambition within our industry—embarking on her career at only 16. Since then, Sam has built a strong and wide skillset displaying experience well beyond her years.

Treating each hairstyle as a work of art, Liana will have you feeling and looking nothing short of incredible on your special day. Calm, relaxed and her eye for detail is second to none, everyone needs a Liana in their life!
ALPHIE SADSAD
Now this gem does not require any introduction. International make-up artist Alphie Sadsad is on hand to assist with all you make up needs. Spanning over 22 years Alphie’s extensive experience working and specialising in a wide range of luxurious, personalised beauty companies. Alphie’s work has been seen across all four corners of the world, on runways, educational seminars and TV such as The Bachelorette, The Bachelor and The Voice.
His love for makeup and beauty has been his passion his whole life, his eye for detail and creative talent for bridal makeup, he can create the perfect look for any bride to be.
“I help to make people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin! My key focus is to always make the natural bride look flawless in their wedding photos for years to come, by creating a look that they’re comfortable with, by still allowing them to feel themselves.
